Devin & Janelle

These two are a cute couple. Devin doesn't want to be known as "cute" ... but their relationship is cute. 

 

For anyone who doesn't know, they are expecting their first baby – a boy – sometime around mid to late March. And Jennie is hoping to earn some babysitting money starting in April.

 

Janelle has been teaching music and band at a school in Spanish Fork, Utah. This semester, she requested a part-time music teacher for the general music classes ... but Janelle is still teaching the band classes (which was what she was really hired for anyway) until Logan is born.

 

Oh, that is the baby's name. These guys plan ahead.

 

Devin is working full-time as a programmer at Wasatch Development – a company that contracts to other companies for programming, web applications, e-commerce, and more. Devin is pretty good at all that stuff, and had done contract work with them for several months in 2007. So late in the year, they made him an offer he couldn't refuse, and he's been there full-time for 2-3 months now. He also felt that it was a good thing, what with the baby coming and all.

 

By the way, the online tool used to create this site was created by Devin. It's called SimpleWebPro, and people are using it to build sites and stores themselves. Pretty cool. 

 

These guys just moved into an apartment with washer/dryer hook-ups, a dishwasher, and a floor plan that is very liveable for a beginning family with a baby. This will be the first grandchild for Susan and me.
