Things & Stuff
We've shown you way too much already. But here are some odds
and ends. That is, just some other activities we enjoyed last year. You
know ... things and stuff.
Snowshoeing – Early Spring 2007
We rented snowshoes from BYU's activity center, and we all went. Joel was visiting, so it was the whole crew.
We were almost too late for snowshoeing, because the snow was melting in the spring sunshine. Devin and I tended to fall through the snow here and there. Everyone else just sort of "floated" on top. Why is that?
Lake Hike – Spring 2007
Utah Lake is an enormous fresh-water lake in the middle of a desert (it's much bigger than it looks here). We really like Utah Lake a lot. Here's a little hike along it's shore.

Jennie passing a bramble.
You can see "Y Mountain"
just above the horse.
We saw tons of snakes by the trail.
Joel by the lakeshore rushes.
He's not feeling sad ... Tyler
just asked him to look really
serious. So he did. Nice rushes.
We're not sure what's wrong with our family ... but we act really dumb and goofy when we're together. I have absolutely no idea where this comes from.
Devin's fingers are
fine. Those are olives.
That we're supposed
to eat! He ate them.
Joel suffers from it, too.
Whatever it is, there is no cure. That we know of.
This was supposed
to be a nice portrait.
(Sigh ...)
Even our snowmen have issues. Notice that these snowmen are "armed."
