SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Orders are shipped within 1-2 days of receipt of your order and the confirmation of your payment. Delivery varies, depending on the shipping method offered or selected.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
New merchandise may be returned for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt. Return the item with your original packing slip (make a copy for your records) and in the original product carton or packaging. We reserve the right to decline any return or exchange where the product is not in "like-new" condition. "Like-new" means the complete product in the original carton with all components, packaging, warranties, manuals, instructions, and accessories shipped with the product. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the exchange or return of merchandise are non-refundable. Customized or personalized products may not be returned for refund under any circumstances. However, customized or personalized products may be exchanged only if it is damaged in shipping, or inoperable upon receipt (DOA). In these cases, you must put the entire item in its original shipping box into a larger box (so we can inspect the damage and perhaps make a claim to the shipping company) and return it for a replacement. In all cases, return and exchange requests must be postmarked within 14 calendar days of the delivery of the product to your shipping address.
